Shereen E. Mahoney, CPA CEO
As CEO, Shereen Mahoney is accountable for aligning our team around our core mission. She leads our executive team in creating and communicating the firm's vision, values, and strategy. Shereen also oversees the Microsoft Learning Solutions Center at Brittenford Systems.
Shereen previously was a Managing Director of a professional services team at Brittenford Systems. Shereen began her career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She was promoted to the role of manager, and helped build and lead a consulting practice group focused on accounting system implementations and support.
A graduate of James Madison University, Shereen holds both BBA and Masters degrees in Accounting. She is a Microsoft Master Certified Professional for both Dynamics SL and Dynamics GP. She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and since 2007 has served on the Microsoft Dynamics SL Partner Advisory board - one of only 20 partners nationally to do so.

Brian J. Dietz, CPA President
As president, Brian manages the firm's operations, sales, finances, and technology infrastructure.
He is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan, building an effective management team, ensuring that our client satisfaction levels reflect our best efforts, and ensuring that our core values are reflected in everything we do.
Brian previously held executive-level positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, PictureVision (a subsidiary of Kodak) and The Hamilton Securities Group.
Brian is a CPA. He holds an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech, and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Warren May, CPA Managing Director
Warren manages the "Cobalt" Client Services Team.
Warren works closely with the clients in his care to deliver high-quality, effective, Microsoft technology-based solutions. He leads a team of seasoned, experienced consultants, and is responsible for their professional development and service delivery.
He has extensive experience with the Dynamics GP product, as both an end-user and senior consultant. He previously held executive-level positions as President of a Microsoft partner organization, and as Chief Financial Officer of distribution, professional services, and telemarketing companies.
Warren holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University.

Matt Rowley Managing Director
Matt is the Managing Director of the “Gold” Client Services Team.
Matt works closely with clients to deliver high-quality, effective, Microsoft technology-based solutions. He leads a team of seasoned, experienced consultants, and is responsible for their professional development and service delivery.
His previous experience surrounds Business Intelligence application development and project management. He has managed a variety of system integrations, custom development, and accounting system implementations and support projects.
Matt received his Bachelors of Science in Integrated Science and Technology and an MBA from James Madison University. He also holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Ryan E. Risley Chief Technical Officer
Ryan oversees all of our IT systems, and manages IT vendor relations. He defines, communicates, and executes our technology strategy with the mission of empowering our consultants to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.
His previous experience includes work with Project Performance Corporation as a contractor of the DoE and DoD. Ryan has also served as the AAIPharma (AAI) Laboratory Information Systems Manager.
Ryan received his Bachelors in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Chemistry and honors in Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilimington and his Masters of Science in Information Systems Technology with a concentration in datawarehousing from George Washington University. He has also received his Chief Information officer Executive Certificate through the CIO University.
Ryan is actively involved in all aspects of the community and is a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Fraternity, a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, a Guest Lecturer at the George Washington University, and an Eagle Scout.
