If you are disatisfied for any reason, please let the instructor know prior to leaving the class. You will have the option of retaking the class at no charge, applying prepaid tuition fees against another class attendance, or receiving a full refund of any course tuition paid and cancellation of any unpaid invoices for that class.

Tuition Payment
The class tuition is due and payable upon registration.

The class tuition fee includes instruction; course materials; the use of software, computers and other technical hardware as appropriate to the class. The class tuition fee does not include sleeping rooms, meals, travel or any other expenses that you may incurr.

Substitions Permitted
We welcome the enrollment of a qualified substitute in an enrollee’s place, provided the you notify us in writing before the first day of the course. 100% of any prepaid course tuition fees will be credited against the course tuition fee of the substitute.

Flexible Transfer
You may transfer to another class by providing us notice in writing at least 10 business days prior to the start of the class. A $100 transfer fee is charged for each transfer.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you may receive a full refund as long as you provide written notice of cancellation more than 10 business days prior to the class date. If you cancel cancel ten or fewer business days prior to scheduled class date, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Security
The client agrees that all course participants will abide by security measures in effect at the class location.

Course Postponements
At times we must change a class location or date. We will try to give you as much advance notice as possible of any such change. If you are unable to attend a class at the revised location or date, we will credit 100% of any prepaid class tuition fees paid against a future course or, if requested, refund those fees. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages even if we were advised of them.

Copyright/Intellectual Property
All copyrights, patents, designs and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any class materials provided or made available in connection with our courses remain the sole property of their copyright owners. No part of any class materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner.

Non-Solicitation
During the class and for a period of one (1) year after, you are agreeing to neither directly nor indirectly solicit, induce away from Brittenford Systems, employ, sub-contract, or cause a third party to employ or sub-contract any employee or sub-contractor of Brittenford Systems who has been involved in the delivery of services to you. Should you offer employment to a Brittenford Systems employee, and should the Brittenford Systems employee accept, you will pay a recruitment fee to Brittenford Systems. The recruitment fee will be equal to the annual compensation paid to the Brittenford Systems employee during the first year of employment with you, or $100,000, whichever is greater.

General
These terms and conditions set out above represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence and representations. Our brochures and advertisements are for information purposes only and are not intended to form any agreement between Brittenford Systems and the recipient. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and changes will apply to any enrollment/course order received after the date of the change. These terms and conditions may not be varied except in a written agreement signed by an officer of Brittenford Systems. Brittenford System’s acceptance of a purchase order containing different terms and conditions does not modify or supersede these terms and conditions. This agreement will be governed by Virginia law, without regard to any conflicts of law.

Brittenford Systemsm limits the provision of its educational services to employees of corporations, partnerships, and government organizations who are sponsored by their respective organizations. This agreement is between Brittenford Systems and the employer.
