Business is booming for value added resellers of financial management solutions, and we are excited to announce that we have once again been named to Bob Scott’s Insights Top 100 VARs for our continued service to mid-market businesses, nonprofits, independent schools, government contractors, and more.
This award, based on revenue and number of employees (as opposed to our appearance on Bob Scott’s Insights VAR Stars for innovation as a value added reseller), is one of the most prestigious awards for VARs across the world.
We are excited that our sales and implementation teams are able to continue producing, while our support and service staff provide Brittenford customers the world-class service we promise.
As we continue to grow our business, both through new products (InvoiceConnect for Intacct, InvoiceConnect for GP, SchoolConnect) and mainstays (Intacct, Concur, Host Analytics, Dynamics GP/SL), we are excited to celebrate our fifth consecutive year as a Bob Scott’s Insight Top 100 VAR.
Our steady growth allows us to continue providing you the innovations that you expect from Brittenford Systems while giving our customers the highest quality service needed in software implementation and support.
But what other trends have been affecting the VAR industry? The report further defined the value-added reseller industry with interviews and insights from channel leaders and experts, including the following:
- The Cloud Sells: Without a true cloud enterprise resource planning platform from vendors like Sage, VARs with cloud products are ‘elbowing in’ on market share. Top 100 VARs are taking on cloud vendors at a steady pace, now with 55 of the top 100 VARs carrying at least one cloud product, up from 44 last year.
- More Top 100 VARs Choose Intacct than Any Other Cloud Product: Intacct was the cloud product carried by the most VARs, 24, with NetSuite second with 21, and Acumatica with 12.
- Business is Booming: Many VARs reported growth, including Brittenford who hired five more individuals to handle the increased demand from growing businesses seeking increased capabilities from financial software.
