Sage Intacct Tutorial: Setting Up Restrictions in a Multi-Entity Environment

In a multi-entity environment, you can set up restrictions on vendors, customers, checking accounts and savings accounts for the specific entities/companies (using locations) and for specific departments within the multi-company environment by using the Restrictions tool.

1. Click on Company>Subscriptions and click on Multi-entity Console

2. Click Configure

3. Under Entity Restriction, check the boxes next to the records to restrict within entities

4. Go to the record and click on the Restrictions tab
