Huge news: Microsoft announced the details on the Dynamics 365, a game changer in the finance, customer service, marketing, sales, and operations world. Learn more about the announcement below, and stay tuned for deep dives in coming days.
What is Dynamics 365?
Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s new Azure-hosted, combined CRM and ERP service. Announced earlier this year, attendees at the User Group Summit (GPUG, AXUG, NAVUG, CountOnSummit) were introduced to the new platform on October 11, with an official release date set for November 1, 2016.
The new platform will create an end-to-end environment in the cloud—integrating applications such as sales, marketing, field service, operations, project service automation, customer service, and finance.
Dynamics 365 is built with the user in mind, allowing you to use just what you need, expanding at your own pace, all while reducing silos between departments. Additionally, with a new, clean design, users will be able to move from application to application in a seamless experience, going so far as providing an opportunity to find more applications that work in the unified Dynamics ecosystem.
