recruiting. Michael also oversees the firm's training services team.

As president, Brian manages the firm's operations, sales, finances, and technology infrastructure. He is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan, building an effective management team, ensuring that our client satisfaction levels reflect our best efforts, and ensuring that our core values are reflected in everything we do.

Managing Director, "Platinum" Client Service Team
Fran manages one of our three client service teams. Fran works closely with the clients in his care to deliver high-quality, effective, Microsoft technology-based solutions. He leads a team of Microsoft certified consultants and is responsible for their professional development and service delivery.

Chief Technical Officer
Ryan is responsible for our technology R&D
and strategy, management of our IT systems, and IT
vendor relations. He is a self-professed technology "geek."

Cathy Garvey,

Cathy is the driving force behind our delivery of superior learning opportunities for users of Microsoft technologies. She manages sales and the logistics required to fulfill our mission as a provider of Microsoft certified learning solutions.
